Information and purposes
We use your name, contact details, message, property of interest, preferred dates, and related information to answer inquiries, check properties, arrange viewings, send acknowledgements and updates, and manage our response history.
We also process IP addresses, browsing activity, device information, and similar data to deliver the website, prevent abuse, investigate problems, and understand usage.
External services and information management
We use Cloudflare for website delivery, storage, and protection against automated abuse, and Google services for email, scheduling, and recovery storage. We restrict access and take appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized disclosure or loss.
We retain information as needed to handle requests and meet legal obligations. We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as permitted by law.
Google integration
Accounts authorized by the operator are used to send email, check calendar availability, register viewings, and reflect changes and cancellations. Customers do not need to sign in to Google. The integration is not used to read received emails or display details of other appointments to customers.
Information obtained through Google APIs is used for email communication and viewing schedules, not advertising or sale. Its use and transfer follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. The operator can revoke access through Google Account settings.
Analytics and device storage
We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics, which may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not send names, contact details, or message contents from forms to analytics. You can stop Google Analytics measurement using analytics settings (Japanese).
Forms temporarily store drafts on your device to reduce the need to enter information again.
