The service
JapanSOHO provides information about rental properties suitable for living and working, together with inquiry and viewing booking services. No registration or sign-in is required.
Property information and contracts
Availability, rent, charges, facilities, and other conditions may change. Plans, photographs, and models are references. Confirm the latest conditions and contract details with the licensed real estate agency handling your request. Browsing the website or submitting an inquiry does not create a contract.
Inquiries and viewings
Provide accurate information through which you can be contacted. Receipt of an inquiry or an automatic acknowledgement does not guarantee availability or a contract.
When a viewing booking is complete, the selected time is reserved. We will contact you separately about property access and arrangements for the day. Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change or cancel.
Using the service
Do not impersonate others, gain unauthorized access, send bulk submissions, or interfere with other users or operation of the service. Do not reproduce or redistribute website content without permission beyond what applicable law allows.
The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or because of a problem. These terms do not restrict customer rights protected by law.
Personal information and contact
We handle personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Please use the contact form for questions.
